Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the drone, accessories, and original documentation in the initial packaging to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form inside.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
